Master Data Steward

Responsibilities

• Support the definition and implementation of a master data governance model and process and be the Gate Keeper in maintaining consistency, uniformity and accuracy of all master data.
• Improve efficiency and lower business risks by ensuring that the highest quality data is delivered
• Support technical staff and the user community to review and operationalize Master Data practices and deliver data to end users as needed and assist in developing data delivery solutions for end users (e.g. SAP solution manager).
• Enter and maintain master data and provide guidance to other master data team members to support business processes and coordinate flow of information between all departments responsible for master data elements.
• Work with Process Owners to develop and maintain data quality rules, procedures and policies and analyze and escalate data quality issues, research solutions to correct problems at the source where possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration
• Language skills: fluent English
• Basic SAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
• Must be able to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve problems quickly

Gross annual salary: from EUR 32.400 (in accordance with the collective labour agreement); higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience
